MABI’S 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD This bread is effortless to make and my family loves it! Enjoy! INGREDIENTS: 1. 1 ½ cups water 2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3. 3 tablespoons agave nectar 4. 2 ¼ cups whole wheat bread flour 5. 1 ¼ cups whole wheat pastry flour 6. 1/3 cup gluten 7. ½ teaspoon salt 8. 2 teaspoons dry yeast DIRECTIONS: 1. Use a bread machine in “dough” setting and place ingredients in the order they are listed. 2. Before end of dough cycle, set oven to 350F & place oven-safe cup/ container with water in oven. 3. When dough cycle is complete, place dough on floured baking stone & divide it in half. 4. Form two rounded loaves. Cover loaves with kitchen towel. Let rise near oven for about 15 minutes. 5. With a bread knife, cut 3-5 slits on tops of loaves and bake on middle rack for 30 minutes. 6. Enjoy with butter, preserves, honey, or in sandwiches.
