Pesto (I used homemade beans & pesto but you can use store-bought) Place in 'dough' food processor setting until it's a thick paste. Then, dip in Agave ketchup & Panko breadcrumbs before cooking. I pan-fried them in an iron skillet and placed them in a tray in the oven on 350 to keep them hot. This recipe yielded 12 hefty-size burgers. The veggie burgers did not fall apart or stick in the pan and the kids loved them!!! We served them on bread with ketchup and a side of chopped raw carrots & celery for the kids. The adults loved them, too! We ate them with a lovely spinach, onion, apple, raisin, gorgonzola cheese salad with olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
