Ingredients:
1 lb fish (pictured here is Pollock from Wild For Salmon)*
½ lb butter (1 stick)
1 cup orange juice
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon parsey, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Thaw your fish a few hours ahead of cooking
Put thawed fish in baking dish
Heat butter, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice and ½ of parsley in pan until butter all melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour butter sauce over fish
Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes or until fish is done
Sprinkle the rest of parsley on top before serving
*Other white fish, or salmon can work well here
