Buttery Lemony Fish



Ingredients:


  • 1 lb fish (pictured here is Pollock from Wild For Salmon)*

  • ½ lb butter (1 stick)

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon parsey, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lemon 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 


Instructions:


  • Thaw your fish a few hours ahead of cooking

  • Put thawed fish in baking dish

  • Heat butter, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice and ½ of parsley in pan until butter all melted

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Pour butter sauce over fish 

  • Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes or until fish is done 

  • Sprinkle the rest of parsley on top before serving



*Other white fish, or salmon can work well here
