Tempeh with Vegetables


  • ½  cup tempeh, cubed 

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped

  • 2 cups vegetables of your liking, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (your favorite)

  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce (optional)

  • Ground pepper to taste 


  • Heat oil in pan

  • Sauté garlic and ginger with tempeh for a few minutes

  • Add vegetables, stir well 

  • Season with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce

  • Add a little water (¼ cup) to pan 

  • Cover until all vegetables are tender

  • Serve over rice or noodles, or eat as a side dish
