Vegan Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked white rice (day old is best)

  • 1 can coconut milk (15oz)

  • A handful raisins

  • 1 tablespoon or more maple syrup or honey

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of ground cinnamon


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a pot

  • Simmer until desired consistency of rice

  • Add more coconut milk or other dairy free milk if too thick
