Creamy Corn Soup

Ingredients:
4 ears of corn
2 small onions or 1 medium
5-6 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil to garnish
Instructions:
In a pot, heat oil then saute onions and garlic until soft

Add corn, saute for a few minutes
Add water, stir then let simmer at least 20-30 mins
Puree in blender until desired consistency
Salt and pepper again to taste, then garnish with fresh basil leaves
