Ingredients:
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350ºF
Combine blueberries with lemon juice and zest of one lemon, set aside
Pour melted butter into an 8x11 baking pan
Combine flour, milk, baking powder, sugar - mix well
Pour batter to melted butter
Top batter with blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired
Bake 35-45 mins until the batter is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream!
