(gluten free)
Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup Almonds
⅔ cup condensed milk
½ cup chocolate chips
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 325ºF
In a food processor, pulse almonds until it becomes flour like (or use almond flour), add coconut flakes and pulse for a few seconds
In a bowl, combine coconut flakes, almond meal, condensed milk, chocolate chips and vanilla, mix well
Use spoons or scoops dough onto baking sheet
Bake about 12 mins or until cookies are nicely brown
