Fish with Marinated Artichokes

Ingredients:

• 1 lb fish (I used Pollock here)

• 12 oz jar of marinated artichokes

• Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350ºF

• Place thawed fish in baking dish

• Pour marinated artichokes over fish 

• Salt and pepper

• Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until fish is cooked
