Ingredients:
2-4 cups of fruit (fresh or frozen) to cover the bottom of baking dish
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour (regular or gluten free)
1 cup brown sugar (or white)
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
Instructions:
Cover bottom of baking dish with fresh or frozen fruit, set aside
Combine flour, sugar, oats, salt and cinnamon in a bowl
With your hands, work butter into the flour mixture until well mixed
Cover the fruit with the crisp mixture
Bake 400º for about 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and crisp is brown
Serve warm with a dollop of greek yogurt, skyr, or vanilla ice cream
