Kale & Chickpea Pasta


  • 1 bunch kale

  • 1 cup red wine

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 4-5 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence

  • 2 cups pasta (any)

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • Salt/pepper/olive oil


  • Boil pasta as instructed

  • Heat oil in pan

  • Add garlic, herbs, saute for a few mins

  • Add tomato paste, red wine, stir well

  • Add kale, chickpeas… then, add pasta just before it’s al dente

  • Add a little pasta liquid and allow pasta to finish cooking in pan
