Kale & Chickpea Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale 
- 1 cup red wine 
- 1 can chickpeas 
- 4-5 cloves garlic 
- 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence 
- 2 cups pasta (any) 
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste 
- Salt/pepper/olive oil 
Instructions:
- Boil pasta as instructed 
- Heat oil in pan 
- Add garlic, herbs, saute for a few mins 
- Add tomato paste, red wine, stir well 
- Add kale, chickpeas… then, add pasta just before it’s al dente 
- Add a little pasta liquid and allow pasta to finish cooking in pan
