
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
1 cup red wine
1 can chickpeas
4-5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
2 cups pasta (any)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt/pepper/olive oil
Instructions:
Boil pasta as instructed
Heat oil in pan
Add garlic, herbs, saute for a few mins
Add tomato paste, red wine, stir well
Add kale, chickpeas… then, add pasta just before it’s al dente
Add a little pasta liquid and allow pasta to finish cooking in pan
