Kimchi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups potatoes & root vegetables like carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes 
- 3 cloves garlic 
- Broth to boil the vegetables 
- ½ cup kimchi, chopped 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Prepare vegetables, and boil them in broth with garlic cloves(vegetable or chicken broth) until soft 
- Drain and add kimchi to mash 
- Add salt and pepper to taste
