Kimchi Mashed Potatoes


  • 2-3 cups potatoes & root vegetables like carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Broth to boil the vegetables

  • ½ cup kimchi, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Prepare vegetables, and boil them in broth with garlic cloves(vegetable or chicken broth) until soft

  • Drain and add kimchi to mash

  • Add salt and pepper to taste
