Kit's Seedy Loaf




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup whole flax seeds 

  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk 

  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

  • ½ cup raisins or other dried fruit (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 

  • Dash of salt

  • 1.5 cups water 


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a big bowl

  • Pour into a non stick silicone loaf pan

  • Let sit for 2-3 hours or overnight

  • Bake in loaf pan at 350ºF for 20 minutes

  • Flip onto baking sheet, bake again at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes

  • Let cool for at least an hour before slicing.
