Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup whole flax seeds
2 tablespoons psyllium husk
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup raisins or other dried fruit (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dash of salt
1.5 cups water
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl
Pour into a non stick silicone loaf pan
Let sit for 2-3 hours or overnight
Bake in loaf pan at 350ºF for 20 minutes
Flip onto baking sheet, bake again at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes
Let cool for at least an hour before slicing.
