No Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained 
- 3 tablespoons tahini paste 
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained 
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup 
- 1 tablespoon each of chopped onion, celery, fresh herb like basil or parsley 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Mash everything together to a consistency you like 
- Serve with the best sandwich bread or on its own with a salad
