Ingredients:
½ cup steel cut oatmeal
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper, seaweed seasoning to taste (optional)
Avocado (optional)
Instructions:
Soak oatmeal and flax in water for at least 30 minutes
Cook oatmeal until soft (about 15-20 minutes or until desired consistency)
Cook egg as you like (overeasy is my go to)
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and furikake as desired
Serve with a slice of avocado if you would like!
