Pan Fried Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups brussels sprouts, halved 
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 
- ½ cup bacon, chopped into 1 inch pieces (regular or vegan) 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Brown bacon in heated pan with oil - set aside when done 
- Sauté garlic and brussels sprouts in the same pan 
- Add salt and pepper to taste 
- Cover with lid to cook for a few minutes 
- Remove lid, add a splash of balsamic vinegar 
- Add bacon, toss to mix. Serve warm or at room temperature
