Paw Paw Pudding

New York Times Paw Paw Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Dash of salt 

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk (regular or plant based)

  • 1 cup ripe paw paw meat, mashed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • ¼ cup melted butter 


Instructions:

  • Grease baking dish (7x10)

  • Preheat oven 350F 

  • Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, set aside

  • Combine dry ingredients, add to wet ingredients 

  • Transfer batter to baking pan
