Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:


  • Any vegetable you like!

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste 


Instructions:


  • Preheat oven to 400ºF

  • Chop up your vegetables so they’re about the same size

  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

  • Toss to coat evenly

  • Roast for 30 minutes


Eat as a side dish, add to salads, top your pizzas ... the possibilities are endless!
