Rosemary & Cheese Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • A sprig of fresh rosemary

  • ½ cup grated cheese of your choice


Instructions:

  • Preheat oven at 400ºF

  • Mix all ingredients in big bowl

  • Combine until dough forms

  • Knead dough on flat floured surface for a few minutes

  • Form dough into a loaf, make a cross with a knife

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bread is nicely brown and crusty
