Seafood Tikki Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon garlic and fresh ginger, chopped

  • ½ cup onions, chopped

  • ½ cup carrots, chopped

  • ½ cup, celery, chopped

  • 1 cup greens, chopped

  • ½ cup sweet potato, cubed

  • ½ cup cauliflower, chopped (optional)

  • ½ cup diced canned tomatoes (optional)

  • 1 jar Tikki Masala sauce 

  • 1-2 cups broth/water/coconut milk 

  • 1-2 cups seafood of your choice (cubed) 

  • Salt/pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • Sauté all the vegetables in heated pan until soft 

  • Add seafood pieces (fish, scallops, shrimp) to the sauce directly. 

  • Stir to mix, and then put a lid on top and let simmer for at least 15 minutes


Serve over rice, and or naan bread!
