Spinach and Artichoke Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 3-4 cups fusili pasta (or other pasta) 
- 1, 32 oz jar pasta sauce (Carfagna is what I use) 
- ½ cup ricotta cheese 
- 3 tablespoons pesto 
- 3 cloves garlic minced 
- 16 oz water 
- 3-4 cups chopped fresh spinach 
- 12 oz jar artichoke, drained 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
- Salt / pepper 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 400F 
- In a 9x13 baking dish, combine all ingredients, mix well 
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 mins 
- Check around 30 mins and stir. Bake until pasta is al dente 
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil
