Thai Shrimp Cakes with Sriracha sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled 
- 1 tablespoon thai curry paste (any type) 
- ¼ cup scallion or cilantro 
- 1 egg 
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs 
- Black pepper 
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
Instructions:
- Put shrimp in a food processor, pulse a few seconds 
- Put the rest of the ingredients in the food processor 
- Pulse until combined 
- Form patties with your hands (wet them first), set aside 
- Heat sesame oil in heated pan 
- Cook patties a few minutes on each side until golden brown 
Ingredients for the dipping sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise 
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce 
- a bit of chopped scallions 
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
- Cracked black pepper 
- Juice of ½ lemon 
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust taste as desired
