Wild Ramp Chimichurri & Pesto

Ingredients for Chimichurri
- 1 cup ramp, chopped (bulb and greens) 
- 1 cup greens, like arugula, or basil/parsley/cilantro 
- Juice of one lemon 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- A little water to your desired consistency 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Ingredients for Chimichurri
- 1 cup ramp, chopped (bulb and greens) 
- 1 cup greens, like arugula, or basil/parsley/cilantro 
- Juice of one lemon 
- ½ cup nuts 
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- A little water to your desired consistency 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor 
- Pulse until desired consistency 
- Add lentils, then broth. Bring to a simmer, then partially cover the pot and turn heat to medium-low.
