Ingredients for Chimichurri
1 cup ramp, chopped (bulb and greens)
1 cup greens, like arugula, or basil/parsley/cilantro
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
A little water to your desired consistency
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup nuts
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
A little water to your desired consistency
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor
Pulse until desired consistency
Add lentils, then broth. Bring to a simmer, then partially cover the pot and turn heat to medium-low.
