Greens with Cherry Salsa


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ cup chopped onions

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 3 cups hardy greens like kale, collards, chard, chopped

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 cup Brown Wood Farms Cherry Jalapeno salsa

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onions, sauté until translucent 

  • Add greens, sauté until soft. 

  • Add salsa and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

Great as a side dish, or add protein to it to make it a complete meal!
