Shrimp with garlic, herbs and lime

  • 1 pound shrimp, shelled (Wild for Salmon Brown Shell On Shrimp)

  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • Juice of one lime or lemon

  • 1/2 cup fresh herbs like parsley, green onions or cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 dry white wine

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and shrimp.

  2. Add herbs, lime juice, white wine

  3. Simmer for a few minutes until shrimp are all pink and opaque.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Great over pasta, rice, on salads, or on its own!
