1 pound shrimp, shelled (Wild for Salmon Brown Shell On Shrimp)
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Juice of one lime or lemon
1/2 cup fresh herbs like parsley, green onions or cilantro, chopped
1/2 dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in pan, add garlic and shrimp.
Add herbs, lime juice, white wine
Simmer for a few minutes until shrimp are all pink and opaque.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Great over pasta, rice, on salads, or on its own!
